Hi Folks,
As part of the week-long celebration of LeanCoffeeTO, we thought it would be fitting to share one of Big Bang's favourite activities - Agile Retrospectives.
What's a Retrospective?
Retrospectives are a well-established activity we borrow from the Agile development community of practice. In this exercise, we will examine everything that went well in the past year, and identify areas of pain and opportunity to improve.
After this discussion, we propose experiments that address our areas of opportunity and run them in subsequent sessions.
Personal Side-Note
I would be extremely pleased to welcome you to our office to attend this meeting to celebrate a special group of people and companies. I'm especially pleased at the decentralized governance of the group, the bonds it has formed, and the promising future ahead.
